Amy Godderis is a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and holds a MA in Counselling from Gonzaga University and two bachelor degrees in Education and Music from the University of Lethbridge.
Amy has experience working with clients of all ages as well as some families and couples. She has an extensive background in working with children and youth as a Therapist, Teacher, and Youth Worker and as a result has gained valuable insight into the school, child welfare and justice systems. She uses various activities including games, books, arts and crafts, music and opportunities to walk and talk to gain the therapeutic relationship and work through issues.
Amy moved to the Strathmore area in March 2017 and is enjoying living rurally. She continues to run her own private practice in Calgary while working at Wheatland County Counselling. When she’s not working, Amy enjoys spending time with her animals, crafting, learning new things and watching Netflix.
