What are your fees?

Fees depend on your family income as well as the qualifications of the therapist who provides your services. Fees range from $120-$200 per session (based on the fee schedule set out by the Psychologist's Association of Alberta).

Many extended health care plans provide coverage for counselling services. Direct billing is available depending on your provider; please inquire.

Families with support contracts through FSCD or Supports for Permanency can also access counselling funding.

A Subsidized Counselling Program is available for low income Drumheller and Starland County residents.


Do you offer family or couples therapy?

Yes. Family and couple's therapy is available. Contact Wheatland County Counselling to discuss your needs.


Do you offer evening or weekend sessions?

Yes, some therapists offer evening and weekend sessions. Pleases inquire.
