Wheatland County Counselling Fees
Our fees range between $180 to $220 per hour, depending on the type of therapy, counselling, or psychological help you receive.
As a first step, our office manager will work with you to understand your needs, find the best-matching therapist, counsellor, or psychologist to help you, and clarify our fees and how or if your insurance will cover the costs of our services. If you don’t have insurance coverage, our office manager will work with you to find an accommodating financial solution.
Cancellation Policy
Do you need to cancel an appointment? Please be aware that our psychologists begin preparing 48 hours before speaking with clients.
If you feel unwell, have unsafe travelling conditions, or are experiencing other challenges and can’t make your appointment in person, call us, and we’ll help you switch to a virtual or a phone call session.
If you cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, we’ll charge you 50% of the appointment fee and the total amount with less than 24 hours’ notice.
We’ll only consider waiving our cancellation fees if you are gravely ill and have a documented medical emergency requiring urgent professional treatment, bereavement, or unforeseeable emergent circumstances.
