Hello, I’m Madison.
I recognize that everyone has unique goals for counselling and aim to provide a safe, inclusive environment.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, teens and adults in various settings, including nonprofits and schools.
When working with you, I use a trauma-informed approach and integrate play based therapy, cognitive-based therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy into my practice.
I’m a Canadian Certified Counsellor through the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association and a Therapeutic Play Practitioner working towards becoming a Certified Play Therapist.
I have a Master of Counselling Psychology degree from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Mount Royal University.
