We help children, adolescents and teens, adults, couples, families, and individuals struggling with various concerns, including depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem, sexuality, stress management, trauma, somatic (physical) issues, suicide thoughts, addiction and substance use disorders, spirituality, relationships, family conflict, developmental behaviour challenges, infertility and reproductive trauma, custody loss, post-divorce adjustment, grief, bereavement and loss, caregiver burnout, and more.
With our team of counsellors, psychologists, therapists, a social worker, and an office manager, we serve the
communities of Strathmore and Drumheller utilizing a collaborative approach. We design services
to be unique for each individual or family.
Each counsellor will meet with you one-one or with loved ones and help you work through your struggles, and find the best solution and coping skills for you. We offer a safe and non-judgmental atmosphere and are here to help you through your therapy journey.
